Inject some noise to start it ;)
The triangle is inverted because my integrators have a negative output.
Frequency is determined by how long it takes for the triangle to reach 5V or -5V.
In fact the square will switch when triangle is close to +/-5V and sine is close to 0, if not the circuit will converge to these values.
