Code panel I dont know why not working

I have created this plan of a code panel to test it virtually. But this is not working,  can somebody help me,  to fix it? I found it on a web page, not my own. This panel would be able to block the 12v power with a password. Thanks for your help!

You have to put a ground...

Ground it from TV and put it in the corner!
