Cascode vs Common Emitter

When a high frequency output signal is forced onto a common emitter amplifier’s output, some of it bleeds into the input via miller capacitance. In a cascode, this is mostly eliminated due to a second transistor, since it’s emitter-base negative feedback is very strong and the collector-emitter miller capacitance is less than the collector-base and base-emitter miller capacitance.

Why is the output sort of non-linear even though the collector-base junction is not forward biased?
