It was the first ever circuit I built many years ago was just messing about with the values. Getting some strange results as it is, like peaks to 30v ?

At what point in the circuit is this voltage being measured?

speed it up to 30ms/s and you will see it on the trace its only occasionally but I suspect its the program.

I think that is a sampling error, caused by the sample moving while the program is doing the calculations on it. If you use 3ms/s the display is fairly even about supply voltage level with only occasional deviations. That being said, this type of oscillator is not as steady as some..
