This highpass is made of R, C and L. The cut-off frequency is calculated through 1/(2*pi*sqrt(C*L)). The calculated cut-off frequency ~ 5033 Hz. If you increase the frequency you can see the amplitude increases as well. At 10 MHz the output amplitude is nearly as high as the input amplitude.

I tried 2MHz through 5028 MHz and high pass works great.
