Let me know if this one works out better. I still wouldn't turn it on and off too fast like 3 second intervals. For some reason EC has a real hard time with this circuit.

Yes I've noticed that because the app keeps shutting down but the little work I got in seems to me that your logic gates could be problematic in they way they've been set up...but I couldn't get to the bottom of the problem because of the app constantly restarting.
