This circuit is giving me a bit of difficulty. It is intended to enable routing of a signal along the same line in opposite directions. For the most part this circuit seems to work, except that it leaves around 1.5~2.5V of residual potential remaining at the other buffer node. This can be flushed out by toggling the enable direction bit in the upper left corner.
