Adjust number of diodes to give desired number of inputs.
Question for you - what would be the easiest (and most obvious) way to turn this into an OR gate? No prizes!

Of course, if you aren’t bothered about the logic signal output but just want a visual indication for the OR condition then you could achieve this but connecting the led and its resistor between the 5V rail and op amp output.
