I wanted to kow if this type of circuit actually exist. If so, what name it have?

I basically want to build a tiny generator with AC output, redress it with minimal lost and charge a capacitor. 

This capacitor will feed a DC/DC converter to charge a mini LiPo battery. 

This LiPo battery will feed a DC/DC converter and power a uC (probably an attiny84) and a couple of low power LED (2mA @ 2.8v). I will also add a wireless charger (same type as electric toothbrush) to charge the battery. 

The average power consumption will be in the range of 20mW.
