This is simple version of a 1 bit SRAM with a double MOSFET inverter

For low current operation the minimum nr of transistors is 6. Anyway, the ultra basic principle can be demonstrated with four or even 2.

@hurz correct... it could have 2 additional FETs for a proper circuit select. but this is a demonstrations of the basic principle like you said. the 2 MOSFET version, requires 2 resistors, and doesn't work a 0 Amps like this version (without load)

This version is not a zero amp one! Only while static its close to zero, but when switching its wasting an extreme amount of energy!!! Check that by slow down simulation and observe the supply current carfully.

@hurz yes its not suposed to have a floating state, its a demonstration of the state loop beying stored after setting it to high or low, and validating the state with or without the output led/load indicator
