3 bits multiplier

Top most LED acts as LSB bit and bottom most acts as MSB bit and All combination showing correct results except 111 x 111=100101 instead of 100011(i.e 7 x 7=41 instead of 49) shows wrong output. Wants help to fix this circuit.
