51v and 1 ohm at the top left.

Or 49v and kill all the diodes, resistors, and capacitors. What are you trying to achieve with that network?

http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5277932133023744 ulysses05, you can with PWM. In the simulation, the LED doesn't appear to change brightness, but in reallife, we would notice that the LED dims.
