Traffic lights can be simulated using a few basic components such as LED’s and 7-segment displays.

Motor vehicles follow the coloured lights (LED’s) and pedestrians follow the instructions on the 7-segment displays.

can a traffic light more specific then this one? Universal looks different. Make one out of this "universal"-one for china, LOL. charlatans do use this kind of language and talk about universal while its the most specific one i have ever seen. Think a little outside the box, or your basement room where you are sitting 24/7. When have you tried the last time to open the door and exit the room? Do we have to call the firefighter?
