That's a good buffer, producing nice crisp output, but it's not a Schmitt trigger because it has no hysteresis. It's more like a comparator.

There is a hysteresis, even its little. So its a bad schmitt trigger implementation.

Oh yes, a tiny bit. I had to use a ruler to see it.
