Hey guys, I am not good with English but I can explain you about this circuit.
This circuit is count from 00-59 and then it reset and start count from 00 again.
And you guys can change it to count from 00 to 19, 29, 39, 49, 59, 69, 79, 89, 99.
If you wish and want to change to the number on above, just look at the left hand side then you will see small and gate (left side). And then you just change the input and gate that come from counter for example If you want to count from:
00 to 19 just connect input with pin A of counter
00 to 29 pin B
00 to 39 pin B and A
00 to 49 pin C
00 to 59 pin C and A (like example that I show you in circuit)
00 to 69 pin C and B
00 to 79 pin C,B, And A
00 to 89 pin D
00 to 99 pin D and A
If you want the circuit count faster or slower just decrease or increase the the logic train
Used:

And gate
7 segments decorate
7 segments
Logic train or TTL
To build clk (clock) count number with seven segment
