Improved version, without a relay. A 2 digit counter (every circuit doesn't have a decade counter, so i used a 4bit counter thats why it display letters from a-f) suppose it is ask to count a certain number  that can be configured by the AND gate at the Most Significant Bit. In a value of 10's
