It's all wrong..maybe you should read a little more about astable multivibrator..here is repair https://uloz.to/!Mayd5Y687/circuit-2-png

Search on multivibrator on EC and compare your circuit. There are many errors in your circuit.

Up the voltage to 10 volts, since they are in series they each act as a resistor and drop the voltage across each one... that should get the voltage high enough to light them, as for how to get it to change to the other ones, it needs to be rewired.

What makes you think that they ought to glow?

Besides, if you look carefully at the LEDs on the right hand side, you may be able to discover that they glow just a tiny little bit.

The LEDs on the left don't glow because there is a short circuit path

No Ben, the left side doesn't light because it's only path through ground it through a capacitor. Once the capacitor charges it no longer passes current. To make this work lower the led series resistors to 30 ohms, remove said capacitor, and move the power line for the left side to the other side of the resistor. This will limit the base current , also keep the voltage from dropping before it gets to the LEDs on the left side. The LEDs on the right side have a lower voltage going to them and in series with a capacitor, so they will never light. Also when you take out the capacitor, remember to connect that to ground.

Sorry, the LEDs on the left side, not the right side have a lower voltage because of this resistor.
