Simulating CA RGB LEDs

Imagine each grouping of Red, Green and Blue LEDs are a single RGB LED with common anode where
  R: 1.9-2.3 Vf
  G: 3.0-3.4 Vf
  B: 3.0-3.4 Vf
at 20mA Current off a 12V power source.
Each RGB LED is run in series; to run more off the 12V source you would run another 4 in series, parallel to the first as shown.
