Both Edge Trigger Counter using relays
(Based on a ring counter)
This counter counts up using both the rising and falling edges of the clock.
If used well, lower cost and longer life are desirable, but the design difficulty is slightly higher.
By using a ring counter, each relay operates once per revolution. This makes the life longer than those using a binary counter.
