Change the timebase from 10mS to 2S. It’s quite a low frequency.

Then inject some noise by placing your finger on the circuit and wiggling it around briefly.

The circuit doesn’t self-start in since the transistors are identical (in the simulation) which is highly unlikely to be the case in real life.
