120volt MAINS with 30amp receptacle/fuse(dryer plug) =3600watt .... Target is to arc(switch closed on open circuit) at 50vdc with 70amp then maintain 20-25vdc with 120amp..this is a good circuit because current doesnt vary that much with resistance of output resistor
