This circuit can convert analog AC sine wave to PWM. PWM  duty factor will change with sine form. I use ne555 micro chip. AC sine waves inputs to pin control in ne555. This pin can convert Voltage in pin (from 0 to Vcc in ne555) to duty factor in the pin out.
