An inverter converts DC to AC. This circuit is converting 3 phase AC to DC. That makes it a rectifier. Making 3-phase AC from DC is a somewhat more complicated operation but don't let that stop you.

Where do you get 380Vpeak? This is about 270V rms! 220V from phase to phase is 380V or 220V * √3 = 380V but a single phase 380Vpeak is very strange.
