Have I miss something? Want to make led to flash.

The main problem is that the resistor network is connected to the negative side of the power supply. The led resistor seems a bit big, 510ohms will give a medium illumination, 330ohms fairly bright. The components selected give a pulse every 2 seconds, there is a 5 msec time base selected at the moment, so you will see it change state every 200 seconds or so. Change the time base to 1 second for real time depiction. decrease the size of the capacitor to increase the flash rate. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5873697649065984
