Why at this precise frequency, capacity and inductance, the output voltage is stabilized at this value ? I'll need some explanations please.

@BillyT, I dont chnaged the cap cuz its part of the load. No its not the load. The cap is part of the Filter and sets mainly for simulation the integration time how voltage can raise. At the end you need probably a bigger cap then I use here, cuz the filter is the inductor plus the cap and to avoid ringing the cap must have a big size. But a big cap here slows down the simulation and it would take ages till you see an increase of voltage! But the thing does work in both configurations, big and small cap!
