What do you want the circuit to do besides what is doing now?

Try adding the 555 timer. You can look up the standard astable configuration on the googlenets. Use it to drive a transistor connected to the relay. Or you could get rid of the relay and make everything solid state by driving the leds with a couple of transistors.

You could also add a 20 GHz antiphase modulator to turn it into a death ray. Seriously though, buy a book for beginners.

Wow 240 volts into a 3.5 volts relay, EC should not allow it.
