Seven-segment display experiment

This circuit powerd by 12vDC and I decided to use 4 battery which have 3v are wired in series. In this circuit I used 7 switches to control LED light inside the seven-segment. And other components are 7 resistors which R1=R2=R3=R4=R5=R6=R7=1killo ohms and the last component is seven-segment.

you don't need to tie the decimal point to ground 😉

But after I remove it from ground wire then I think it's not work as before.

Still works the same, but you also need to either drop 7seg current to 10mA or lower resistance to around 330 ohm or closest to 20mA
