CONNECT 'CARRY' FROM TOP COUNTER TO 'UP' OF BOTTOM COUNTER AND CONNECT 'BORROW' FROM TOP COUNTER TO 'DOWN' ON BOTTOM COUNTER IT SHOULD NOW BE ABLE TO COUNT UP AND DOWN WITH 2 DIGITS

@gasboss775 your method won't work. The ones place counter will count 0 to F while incrementing and F to 0 while decrementing -------------------------------------------------------------------- @wyoelk Your circuit is two single digit counters with the same value counting 0 to 9 not a two digit counter going 0 to 99
