Everycircuit Admins, have to open its philosophy when and why a user is blocked, suspended, disabled, removed, arrested

In what time?
What is the process and what are the consequences?
IMHO
Admins better dont play god, thats not there job.
Admins have to gain undertanding for and from community. They have to be your best friend, but you as user have to know whats right and whats not and how admins sum it up in its catalog of guilty.
Id like to hear an admin first, maybe we can clarify quickly what EveryCircuit process is!?
