AC gets changed to DC to provide Power for the Vac by the 4 Diodes. Option 1 start only the vac. Option 2 start vac with running a connected tool. Current controlled voltage source simulates a power sensor that would normaly be used for the circuit. When tool draws power, the "sensor" activates the transistor that closes the relay to start the vac simultaneously. Capacitor keeps the relay activated briefly, to run the vac a couple seconds more, when the powertool gets turned of.
I'm not a electrition, so all the values are incorrect and probably there should be more parts to reduce noise and whatever. I have to learn a lot still.
