Resonant RLC circuit freq = 1/2pi sqrt(LC).
Notice in series RLC the 10ohm load has max voltage. Res Freq 1st circuit
In real life one would use an audio signal or light bulb to tell when the signal is strongest.

AC wave give higher voltage than DC pulse but res freq similar

One has to hit the resonant frequency. It is not how fast one pulses the DC...
