CMOS Interface Mosfet Gate Driver

cheap easy discrete interface for driving stupidly big mosfets at reasonably high frequency. have tested up to 110kHz before the oscillator starts damping out. The multiple inputs give me the ability to use one as an enable line, pull it low to send the output low use C945 or C547 general purpose for input. one bc337 or pn100 driving the complementary pair. pn100 and pn200 with HFE 300+ output. zener for some protection on the gate. in this circuit the mosfet circuit is a model of a power hexfet with extremely big capacitance and lead inductance and resistance on the source. play with the values here - it shows the effects on the actual Vgs voltage; higher inductance means dramatic decrease in Vgs and thus slower turn on and eventually not even turning on fully at all
