pwm to DC for Arduino

Arduino AnalogWrite (pwm) to DC convertor. pwm 10% gives 0,5 V DC and pwm 90% gives 4,5 V dc Change the dutycycle and see the effect pwm frequency = 500 Hz The Vcc of the opamp must be at least 8 volt to use the full range from 0 to 5 volt. Use the Vin on the Arduino board to power the opamp. Vdd = 0 volt.

Just so happens I just got my arduino in the mail today. Now I just gotta figure out what to do with it.

With -60dB suppression at 500Hz pwm default freqency, this lowpassfilter is good for 10bit resolition which fits perfectly to arduino default configuration, i think. Anyway, because of the low cutoff frequency ~13Hz its also very slow, but for many application still fast enough. Keep it up!

Perfect. I've been doing research for two days to make a circuit like this, but couldn't figure out how to put them together. You are today's hero to me.
