R(y1)= R(δ2)*R(δ3)/R(δ1)+R(δ2)+R(δ3), R(y2)=R(δ1)*R(δ3)/R(δ1)+R(δ2)+R(δ3), R(y3)= R(δ1)*R(δ2)/R(δ1)+R(δ2)+R(δ3)

A few extra parenthesis would help here in order to avoid confusion, e.g. R(y1)= [R(δ2)*R(δ3)]/[R(δ1)+R(δ2)+R(δ3)],     R(y2)=[R(δ1)*R(δ3)]/[R(δ1)+R(δ2)+R(δ3)],     R(y3)= [R(δ1)*R(δ2)]/[R(δ1)+R(δ2)+R(δ3)] ie Not [R(δ2)*R(δ3)/ R(δ1)] + R(δ2)+R(δ3) etc. .... We can note also that since all the resistors in the delta are equal, then each resistor in the star is simply 1/3 of a delta resistance....as seen in your schematic.
