So this chaser works because the resistors slow down the function of the transistors. Resistor is the current limiting resistor for the LED and burning a different brightness. Without a 4017 chip or similar, I don't know how to make a true chaser. Maybe this way is all _ _ http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5965447650082816 _ _ let me know what you think.
