A Wien Bridge oscillator.

An opAmp with two feedback paths.

The negative feedback path consist of a resistor and lamp.

Positive feedback path consist of the two RC circuits and determine the frequency of the oscillator.

The lamp won't stabilise the output here in EC. Only diode controlled feedback will do it. Ive made some examples.
