EV type 2 charger simulation
play with switches and read this 👇
12v const CP line check whether ev is connected or not.
if ev connected (charger switch 1 ) to connect 12v line drop to 9v.
On successful connection with EV shows CP line to constant 9v.
simulation steps below 👇
1 click the switch 12v green line.
Relay 1 switches to 12v to 12v pwm 1khz
after +-12v pwm toggles at 53.5% duty cycle for 32A max charging capacity of Ev.
click switch 2 blue line
charging station to connect ev
2 (relay 2 of EV) connect to 1.3k 9v drops to 6v
constant blue led,
constant 6v denotes vehicle started charging.
* charger not connected PP blue line shows 4v
* 1v shows charger connected and handle pressed
relay 3 shows 240v AC to supply to bulb as load

charger connected and handle not pressed shows PP line shows 3v vent required
PP line error (RED led )turns on.

*PP proximity pilot line 1v shows ev connection with charging station .
