Check the peak voltage and timing cycle to achieve the desired rms voltage. The link calls for 170vac peak to create 120vac rms. The timing is critical here.

The present circuit doesn't like to put out 325V at 50Hz but If the transformer output is set to 300, the output voltage is about correct (177) for 60Hz, getting the input trigger to 16.6666666 for the 60 Hz frequency is a little harder using EC's clocks, the input potentiometer needs to be increased to about 75% for a better "modified sine wave" waveform.
