your part says 1 LM358 and 2 mosfets,but this circuit shows two IC and two Mosfets, which one is right or used for what?

The good thing about this design is its not a chopper style vibe! I bought a couple of the el cheapo Chinese modules the Dave from EEVblog did an episode on. Result... Hmmm very noisy output. This design is traditional... Non chopped, basic workhouse style (could add simple but in view of recent material with this description... Maybe not). Nothing wrong with using a standard chopper LED supply to feed it. There are loads of these on eBay and they're basically clean. Nice one!
