Generating duo rail power supply from single rail power supply with switching converter.
The output stage can be connected to 78(79)05 linear voltage regulator to clean up the switching noise.
"Everycircuit" will assign an initial condition tgat will make the transient respond look crazy. please ignor that.

Added the for mentioned voltage regulator second stage. Start the simulation with the last two switch closed. Then open them to enable the linear voltage regulator. the initial condition assigner of the simulator cannot find a suitable solution, so the switchs force an initial condition so that the simulation can start
