I want to make inverter for 3 phase induction motor, but I have no idea. Help!

You need to add capacitors, see my example I used your circuit to make smoother waveform. In reality I have no idea what uF you need to pick.

Best bet: buy a VFD

You need something to smooth the waves into sine waves. Best bet would be capacitors on the outputs. Try out different ranges. Too much you'll get triangle wave, too little you'll get the same results or worse.

You need to make a low pass filter with inductors and capacitors for each phase, one decade before the mosfets switching frequency, you'll get a much better result with spwm
