555 sawtooth ggenerator

I make this circuit on real breadboad. The Actual sawtooth wave is 1/3 Vcc to 2/3 VCC. Not Gnd to 2/3 VCC.
It may be another result if small capacitor used (1pF or less?).

Yes, thats a implementation bug of 555 model but the work around is easy. Just put a voltage source at pin7 discharge and set it to 1/3 supply. In your case to 6.4V However, to undergo the trigger level you have to set it to 6.39V check this http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6326223939829760
