Battery aging presentation

I made this circuit to show why aging batteries can jump up in percentage when you start charging. 

The left switch switches between charging and discharging, the right switches between a new (=low internal resistance) and an old (=higher IR) battery. 

I know it's very exaggerated and not exactly correct, but I still think it's a good presentation for people with little electrical knowledge.

im a beginner try to understand why lithium battery pack gets unbalance. My battery pack is a 3S4P(3.7v cells)... Can you create some diagram to ilustrate what happen when there's higher IR between cells? Thank you adavanced
