The switches in the circuit will represent the photoeyes , as long as the battery that is connected to all the non inverting inputs of the op amps is a at good charge (lower left battery) the relay coil will energize , the green, yellow, and red LEDs will show you the health of the battery, slowly decrease the voltage of the lower left battery , with the switches on , to see the leds go off and the relay de energize when only the red one is left on , indicating a battery replacement is needed , a hand waved in front of the photoeye will momentary activate the circuit
