Question : Why the frequency on any node shows more than the supply frequency?? Pl clear.

This is a wrong version of full bridge rectifier. But it still has the same quality to double the input frequency. A half wave bridge would be 50Hz. A full wave bridge is more effective at 100Hz. I hope this somewhat clears it.
