Notes:
To be able to see the interresting stuff, the "carrier" frequency of 20 kHz is very close to the modulation frequency 1 kHz. This is not a desired case in real life, but I believe it works in the example.
The output of a demodulated AM signal, opposite that of a demodulated FM signal, varies with the amplitude of the received signal. Try adjusting the potmeter.
