measure frequency and display in hexadecimal. Using two 555 chips to generate 1s window and any frequency which >=1Hz & <128kHz. Two input one is 10Hz, another depond on you my friends to change the capacitor value in left bottom.
When frequency is higher, the waite time is longer. And this also proved the system can't show right for the higher frequency!
