Regulated LED supply

It regulates down 3x to regulate the power supply for the LEDs(LEDs  only because they draw less amperage).

An inherent problem with this style of power supply, is that the AC to DC part of the supply puts the mains voltage on the ground of the circuit. This creates a Large danger of accidental shock to the user. Rectified though it may be.
