LED with AND gate

It doen't seem right... why does my LED explode for a short time?

Somehow the voltage from the logic inputs are interfering, changed the voltage on both logic sources and AND gate to 1V and the residual voltage seems to disapear almost completly. :3

The input on the gate is "floating". You need a "pull down resistor".
