Great. I would have set the output transistor parameters to something like this : W = L = 500 nm, in order to limit Id to an acceptable maximum constant current, to avoid the bulb to burn between the moment were the driving transistor sees a beginning of Vth in Vgs and the moment before this one is enterring in high reverse. It burns when the power supply is Vdd ~ [10,1 ; 10,7[
